I'd been eyeing these shoes for a while, so I finally pulled the trigger and bought them. They're just as awesome as they looked online and crazy comfy, which is a lifesaver for my job where I'm on my feet all day. Surprisingly, I didn't have much discomfort breaking them in. Totally digging the style. I also grabbed some sneakers that were cute, but they didn't quite hit the mark. Normally, a size 7 fits me fine, but for some reason, the right shoe feels too big. Gonna have to send those back.
Since the system changed I feel like I'm loosing money every time I forget to skip a month because the credits are no longer worth monetary value towards clothes. Usually if I use my credit I'm spending more than the product is actually on sale as…. Like I can get 2 pairs of shoes for a credit which is 50 but the shoes are only 17 each if I don't use the credits. I will be stopping my membership soon, this email actually reminded me - sucks because I do love your products
I love well made, great looking shoes that don't drain my bank account. Shoedazzle has achieved this. As I only have two feet, I don't think I can justify buying a new pair each month, despite how good they are. But when I saw my "Abby" boots (NCIS), I had to have them. Now, if you can afford it and you're really into shoes, this is your baby!
So many great options/styles available in both shoes and clothing along with accessories, too! Their support is super helpful and fast. I love how great their social media team is as well. All around great customer support. The products are always great quality and reasonable priced. I have a huuuuge shoedazzle collection that just keeps growing. Hubby isn't complaining!

I have wanted the popular travel bag that has gone viral. With my VIP credit I was able to get it and if everyone only knew how much they would be speechless. I love it came in a dust cover bag and how quick I received it. I can't wait to use for my birthday trip with the girls and future trips.

A while back many of my accounts were hacked. One being just Fab. Since then as all banks do they issue credits but what I didn't know is that Just Fab has put me on the "Black List" and no longer able to shop with Just Fab I dont think it's fair nor is it right. When I called they basically said I can no longer shop with them for reporting Fraud. The lady I spoke with said it is their policy. So if your accounts get hacked be prepared to get put on the black list

I absolutely love these pumps. Neon and snake print is a beautiful combination. They look high but once u put them on, they feel comfortable and Very stylish heels. I'm a VIP shoe dazzle shopper. Previous times when I've ordered from Shoe Dazzle I've never had a problem and they seemed to arrive rather quickly. This last time however, seems like its taking longer than usual? Is that due to the COVID pandemic? It's been about a week. I'm a very loyal customer with shoe dazzle and I'm disappointed because I'm 6'1 and wear a size 12.i bought 7 pairs of sandals size 12 and every single one I can't fit because of the shoe being so narrow any other time I had no problem with you guys.Im going on a cruise in may and don't know what to do because it's hard finding things that fit me.So I think I'm going to cancel my membership 7 pairs of shoes is a lot

This is the only website that I can buy shoes and they fit perfect I wear a 12 so it's hard

The shoes I received are low quality, I definitely expected a nicer shoe. Some are okay and the others mark up really easy, I cannot see them lasting long at all. Twice I skipped a month online and they ended up charging my credit card anyways, so take a screenshot if you do skip a month, at least you will have proof and can dispute the charge on your card should it happen to you.

Everything I bought is great and lovely and of good quality. Their products are amazing. My only issue is that if you get locked out of your account it takes forever to get back in even if you reset your password a million times. Come to think of it they take forever to issue refunds for returns too compared to other sites.

Customer service is not very helpful and they continue to come up with excuses as to why my order hasn't arrived and why they can't ship a replacement. I can order from any other company and it comes in a timely manner. I ordered on the 7th of April and it is obvious that my package is lost but they won't help until after 15 days. I needed this order for a wedding this weekend and they won't overnight anything because according to the customer service person i spoke to "We don't do that".

My experience seemed thrilling while I was making the purchase. I was waiting and tracking these really gorgeous silver boots that I've wanted for yeeeears! I was soooo excited! I shared all my shoes options with my followers, they helped me pick that pair collectively. I shared the shipping information as it came to my place. When it arrived I opened the package for my viewers only to find a black combat boot that was 3 sizes too small. I emailed you guys, and emailed again and never heard from anyone. I don't understand the return policy and honestly didn't really care for it because I live at home full time with a new born baby… I order online to avoid hassle as I don't have a vehicle to go shopping anywhere. So I was really excited for the boots. I ended up gifting them to the homeless shelter I live near because I had no use for them. I shared candidly with my viewers that I'll never shop from your site again. The fact that my order was handled so stupidly. The fact that months have went by and no one contacted me directly or with any amount of care. Instead it's just another app with, what I assume is some AI ran program so there's no real people to deal with my issue.
Yeah, as a single mother who admires the convenience of online shopping. You really, really ruined my experience. I survive on assisted living income… therefore my online purchases are limited and the reason I utilized your site was because of the deal you get from your first purchase… I can't really afford to order from you guys again/nor regularly as I took a Loss last time & can't afford to buy new shoes every month.

Very low quality, uncomfortable, cheap materials. Negative option plans (auto pay without pre billing notice to back out) are generally scams, allow companies to charge customers for products consumers are later dissatisfied with... shoe dazzle uses this scam model. Company only provides credits for returns, so your only option if you fail to cancel your billing is to buy more low quality shoes. Just a lose lose to sign up for show dazzle.
